Who is responsible

The free tools don't send what you type

The quizzes, the AI Scam Defense module (including the name on your certificate) and the "Is this email a scam?" check run entirely in your browser. What you type or paste into them isn't sent to us or anyone else and isn't stored. The AI Scam Defense and email-check pages are blocked by their security policy from making network connections at all.

If you choose "Save my result"

Under the results of the security awareness quiz and the AI & agent safety check there is an optional "Save my result" form. Nothing is sent unless you type your email address, tick its consent box (it is never ticked for you) and press the button. Then your browser sends Agent Trust Cloud (agenttrustcloud.com): your email address, that you consented and to which wording, which tool it was, and a short summary of the result (its headline, level, score and a few lines, not your individual answers). Agent Trust Cloud emails you one link to keep the result in a free workspace, which needs you to sign in with that address; an unclaimed result is deleted after 72 hours. No other email is sent because of a save. Agent Trust Cloud's privacy notice covers that processing.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Stripe on buy.stripe.com. Stripe collects your card details; we don't see or store full card numbers. We receive your name, email address, billing country or address, any tax ID you give, what you bought and the payment status, and we keep these for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Stripe's own privacy notice covers its processing.

Hosting and security

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're in the UK or the EU you also have rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). If you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA; we don't sell or share personal information.

Children

This site is for businesses and their staff. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
