Refunds

Digital product: all sales are final, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. If a file won't open or is damaged, reply to your receipt and it will be fixed or replaced.

What this covers

Every kit sold on this site is a digital product delivered by download straight after payment: the Security Awareness Kit, the Incident Response & Business Continuity Kit, the Security Readiness Bundle and the AI Literacy Training Pack, including consultant licences.

Files that won't open

If a file is damaged or won't open, reply to your Stripe receipt or email us with the file name. It will be fixed or replaced, at no charge.

Subscriptions

Where we sell a subscription, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no refunds or credits for part of a period.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away rights you have under the law of your country. In the UK and the EU, by buying you agree that delivery of the digital files starts immediately and that you therefore lose the right to cancel once the download is made available. Where the law requires a refund or other remedy, you'll get it.
