Who we are

This site and the kits on it are provided and sold by Agent Trust Cloud, 7228 Wadebridge Drive, Canton, Michigan 48187, United States ("we").

Free tools

The security awareness quiz, the AI & agent safety check, the AI Scam Defense module and the "Is this email a scam?" check are free. They give general guidance, run in your browser and apply fixed rules. They can miss a scam and can flag a genuine message; they are not legal, financial or professional advice, and decisions remain yours. Certificates from the AI Scam Defense module record self-assessed completion of a free module and are not an accredited qualification.

Buying a kit

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, by card, through Stripe's checkout on buy.stripe.com. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies. Straight after payment you're taken to your download page, and Stripe emails your receipt.

Licence

Each kit is licensed for use inside one organisation (the AI Literacy Training Pack for up to the number of staff shown on the product you buy). Consultant licences allow use with any number of your own client organisations. You may adapt the files for your own use. You may not resell, share or publish the kits themselves. Updates are included for 12 months.

Refunds

Digital product: all sales are final, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. If a file won't open or is damaged, reply to your receipt and it will be fixed or replaced. The full refund policy explains your statutory rights, including the consent to immediate delivery for UK and EU buyers.

Our responsibility

The kits support your security awareness and compliance work; they don't certify compliance with any law or framework. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
