Phone, text and in-person tricks: security awareness training
A 6-minute topic in a 8-part programme. What your people need to know:
- Callers may pretend to be IT, a bank, a supplier or a senior leader.
- A voice or video can be faked. Urgent money or access requests need a call-back on a known number.
The full module (4 points, a do and a don't, speaker notes) is in the Security Awareness Kit.
